Overnight boarding in a converted home with hand-built wood and iron kennels, plus full days of play while you're away. Serving Boulder County since 2007.
Leaving your dog overnight is hard. We built DogTag so it doesn't have to be, with a home-like setting, daytime play included, and people who know your pup by name.
Your dog overnights in a converted residential home on two acres off McCaslin, in hand-built wood and iron kennels that look more like horse stables than cages.
Boarding dogs join our small, supervised daycare groups during the day, so your pup spends the visit playing, not pacing in a run.
Hours of outdoor play and enrichment mean your dog winds down naturally at night and comes home happy, not stressed.
Every day at DogTag runs on four simple promises.
Every dog known by name, with attention to their own needs and personality.
Quality outdoor time, natural pack socialization, and stimulating enrichment.
Trust built since 2007 by treating pets like the family members they are.
Committed to offering the best dog care in the Rocky Mountain region.
Every boarding dog gets one of our hand-built wood and iron kennels, more like upscale horse stables than chain-link runs. No surprises, no warehouse rows.

Every new dog starts with a full-day evaluation before boarding. It's how we keep every guest safe and make sure DogTag is the right fit for your pup.
Reserve your dog's full-day evaluation online or over the phone. It's required once for every new dog before their first overnight stay.
Your dog plays, settles in, and gets to know our team and space before ever spending a night. You'll get a personalized report card.
Once approved, book overnight or holiday boarding whenever you travel. Returning dogs walk in like they own the place.
We evaluate every dog before their first overnight, because you deserve to know your dog is comfortable here before you leave town. It's a full day of play, observation, and a report card you get to keep.

"My dog Misha loved DogTag. Jesse and Bri made the evaluation a breeze, even though we were only in town for a short visit. Highly recommend."
"They really understand dogs. Instead of leaving them to themselves, the team watches and adjusts which dogs play together so everyone gets along. Our trial day put me completely at ease."
"Absolutely incredible, caring staff and an immaculate facility. They love your pets like their own. You can't go wrong taking your dog here."
Every new dog completes a one-time, full-day evaluation ($60) before their first overnight stay. Once approved, you can book overnight or holiday boarding any time online or by phone.
